Placing an order

Submitting a purchase is an offer. We may decline, limit, or cancel it because of inventory, payment, address, suspected fraud, error, or policy concerns. The applicable charges and shipping choices appear during checkout and in the linked pages.

After-sales rights

We accept defective and eligible non-defective returns and exchanges. New, unused non-defective goods in original condition may qualify. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, obtain approval before mailing, and use the free prepaid label enclosed in the package. No restocking fee applies.
