Preparing an order

We begin handling a purchase after successful payment authorization. Preparation normally requires 1–2 business days. Once the parcel is dispatched, transportation is estimated at 4–6 business days. These periods exclude weekends and applicable holidays; they are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery details

Shipping methods, charges, and any destination limits are presented at checkout. Please review every address field, including apartment information, before placing an order. A tracking notice becomes useful after the carrier has accepted and scanned the package.

A delayed or damaged parcel

Weather, service interruptions, unusually high volume, and address corrections can affect travel. If a parcel is late, missing, marked delivered but not located, or damaged in transit, write to dahmavinesh95@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email, tracking record, and photographs when applicable. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
